We ship the items via Federal Express, DHL and UPS. Because duties of import to Turkey are high we do not recommend the return. On the other hand if you are certain that you are dissatisfied with the item you can return the item without damaging it and at your own expenses including all the customs and taxes etc. After the receiving of the item, refund will be made. If you decide to return an item, please first send an e-mail to us and obtain return information. Items are to be returned in the same condition as sold with no damage or alterations. On rare occasions, some of the items may be out of stock or delivery times may be longer than normal. If this happens, we will notify you immediately, provide an estimate time for delivery and offer you the opinion to change or cancel your order.
